This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage with leading enterprise clients within the Pharma and Life Sciences sector in Germany.
• Collaborate with C-suite decision makers for both established and key target accounts.
• Work alongside seasoned, entrepreneurial, and dynamic software sales professionals.
• Assess the territory and market potential, crafting sales strategies to optimize revenue opportunities.
• Meet established sales targets and deliver results within the quarterly timeline.
• Promote UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by showcasing, endorsing, and selling our solutions through a value-driven approach.
• Inform clients about how our solutions can enhance their financial and professional outcomes.
• Build, nurture, and sustain positive business and customer relationships within the territory.
• Forge trusted connections with local partners and global systems integrators to generate new opportunities and ensure successful customer implementations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Management team to ensure customers derive maximum value and address issues as they arise.
• Monitor industry competitors, emerging products, and market trends to understand specific customer needs.
• Provide management with insights on customer requirements, challenges, interests, competitive landscape, and potential for new offerings.

• Several years of experience selling business solutions directly to top executives in large companies in Germany, particularly in the Pharma and Life Sciences sector.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
• Ability to convey new and complex concepts in a clear manner that fosters a strong desire for the solution.
• Proven history of establishing new relationships at the C-Level within enterprise accounts and growing an enterprise client portfolio.
• Strong capability for cross-functional collaboration and influence, both internally and externally.
• Excellent skills in navigating client organizations and developing key contacts across multiple departments and levels of leadership.
• Offers valuable insights on enhancing customer business operations.
• Employs a research and data-driven approach to account planning.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities through business-led discussions.
• Highly developed critical thinking skills to address customer challenges and convert deals when facing obstacles.
• Ability to sell to a financial buyer based on value and business justification rather than just features and functions.
• Utilizes MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies to ensure precision in forecasting.
