This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Assess the potential of the territory/market and formulate sales strategies to optimize revenue opportunities.
• Meet established sales goals and objectives within the quarterly timeframe.
• Advocate for UiPath's brand in the market by showcasing, promoting, and selling our solutions through a value-based selling approach.
• Inform customers about how our solutions can enhance their financial and professional outcomes.
• Build, nurture, and sustain positive business and customer relationships within the territory.
• Foster trusted partnerships with local stakeholders and global systems integrators to create new opportunities and ensure successful customer implementations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to guarantee customers derive maximum value and promptly address any issues that arise.
• Keep abreast of industry competitors, emerging products, and market trends to comprehend specific customer needs.
• Provide management with insights on customer requirements, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Several years of experience selling business solutions directly to senior executives of large companies within the region.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas consistently, expanding an enterprise client portfolio through new business development and account growth.
• Capability to explain new and complex concepts in a straightforward manner that generates a strong interest in the solution.
• Proficiency in growing an enterprise client portfolio.
• Strong ability for cross-functional collaboration and influence both internally and externally.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Balkan region.
• Proficiency in English.
