This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Rapidly recognize the challenges faced by our potential customers and identify optimal solutions for their businesses.
• Consistently achieve new business targets at or above quota levels.
• Cultivate relationships with highly qualified prospects within small and mid-sized enterprises.
• Establish connections with prospects and internal stakeholders to foster new business growth.
• Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to refine our sales strategy as new features and products are launched.
• Contribute to shaping the future of HubSpot's mission through your insights, ideas, and expertise.
• Over 3 years of experience in closing sales.
• Proficiency in English and any language from the CEE region.
• Knowledge of Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, or Greek is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional prospecting abilities.
• Outstanding consultative selling and closing techniques.
• Accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management.
• Proven track record as a high performer (e.g., exceeding quota, President's Club recognition).
• A focused mindset on achieving your goals with a robust approach to realize them.
