This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Market and sell organizational-wide CPI training programs to large healthcare organizations (10,000+ employees) that do not currently have a relationship with CPI (Net New Business).
• Oversee and manage the sales process from the first contact to the execution of the contract.
• Identify new opportunities within the Healthcare sector and effectively address objections.
• Implement an account-based business development strategy to uncover new prospects.
• Build a robust opportunity pipeline and facilitate successful sales conversions.
• Monitor pipeline performance and assist in transitioning customers to the Customer Success Team.
• Organize discovery workshops and conduct sales demonstrations.
• Lead and manage complex business solutions.
• Travel to potential onsite meetings or client discovery sessions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least four years of experience in enterprise sales.
• Strong customer focus for both internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple sales cycles concurrently.
• Driven by results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multi-functional team.
