This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with both new and established accounts.
• Assess, manage, and support leads generated from marketing initiatives and sales opportunities, guiding these prospects through to closure. Transform SQLs from our SDR team into successful closed/won opportunities.
• Take ownership of your designated market through reliable partner relationships and strategic alliances in conjunction with the territory Channel Director.
• Continuously generate new pipeline and surpass assigned growth objectives.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities within the market.
• Engage in prospecting activities to create leads.
• Conduct discovery calls to discern client needs and recommend suitable Semperis products.
• Keep abreast of the latest products, services, and pricing models.
• Develop enduring and trustworthy relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Over 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or identity sales.
• More than 7 years of Enterprise Sales experience with a successful track record in selling to enterprise accounts is preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity-related sales is a PLUS.
• Strong focus on territory planning and sales methodology, with the capability to devise and implement both territory and account-based strategies.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding goals and quotas, along with business growth.
• Bring a "Challenger" mindset to advocate, advise, customize strategies, and take charge of the sales process from the outset.
• Significant experience with large Enterprise customers in the region.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Fluency in Swiss / German and English is mandatory; French is highly desirable.
