This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Semperis is in search of an **Enterprise Sales Director** who is a proactive individual and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with both new and existing accounts.
• Qualify, manage, and assist leads generated from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities, guiding them through to closure. Transform SQLs from our SDR team into closed/won deals.
• Take ownership of your market territory by fostering trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances in collaboration with the territory Channel Director.
• Continuously generate new pipeline opportunities and surpass assigned growth targets.
• Actively pursue new business prospects within the market.
• Engage in prospecting activities to generate leads.
• Conduct discovery calls to ascertain client needs and recommend suitable Semperis products.
• Keep abreast of new products, services, and pricing models.
• Cultivate long-term trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in cyber security or identity sales is required.
• Over 7 years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record of successfully selling to enterprise accounts is preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity-related sales is a PLUS.
• Strong skills in territory planning and sales methodology, with the capability to develop and implement both territory and account-based strategies.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding goals and quotas, and in growing the business.
• Bring a "Challenger" mindset to advocate, advise, tailor strategies, and take charge of the sales process from the outset.
• Significant experience with large Enterprise customers in the region.
• Ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of Flemish and French is highly desirable.
• Semperis has office locations in various cities around the globe.
• Candidates residing within 45 miles of one of our offices—or in locations specified in the job description—will adhere to our hybrid work model.
