This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of and implement the enterprise sales strategy within your designated territory.
• Identify, develop, and close high-value enterprise sales opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprise accounts, including C-suite executives, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams in security, identity, and infrastructure.
• Generate a robust pipeline through direct prospecting, collaboration with partners, and market development initiatives.
• Lead the account strategy for both acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Collaborate effectively with channel and alliance teams to enhance market reach and influence.
• Work cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Channel, BDRs, and Marketing teams to advance sales opportunities.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions that align customer challenges with Semperis solutions.
• Utilize a structured sales methodology, such as MEDDPICC, for qualification, deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and accurate forecasting.
• Maintain disciplined management of the sales pipeline, including forecasting and territory planning.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise sales within the cybersecurity or identity solutions sector.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, identity security, or related cybersecurity fields is highly advantageous.
• Proven history of securing complex enterprise deals, surpassing growth targets, and achieving consistent quota attainment over several years.
• Experience managing lengthy, intricate enterprise sales cycles involving C-suite executives, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong skills in prospecting and territory planning.
• Proficiency in developing and executing both account-based and territory-based strategies.
• Demonstrated technical and commercial credibility with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to convey business value and substantiate enterprise investments beyond mere product capabilities.
• Experience with a structured enterprise sales methodology; familiarity with MEDDPICC is strongly preferred.
• Proven capability to collaborate closely with channel and strategic partners.
• High level of ownership and self-leadership, capable of thriving in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
