This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Expanding our enterprise customer base across various regions in Australia
• Discovering new business opportunities with prospects and identifying growth avenues for clients
• Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to continued usage for commercial prospects
• Coordinating proof of concept (POC) implementations of dbt Cloud Enterprise
• Leading and participating in team initiatives aimed at enhancing our sales processes
• Collaborating with the product team to develop and sustain the dbt Cloud commercial roadmap
• Gaining expertise in SQL, dbt, and commercial data operations
• Actively engaging as a member of the dbt open-source community
• Over 6 years of experience in technology sales with a documented history of surpassing annual targets
• Capability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into a consultative sales approach
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities to connect with stakeholders at all tiers of an analytics organization (from individual developers to CTOs)
• Strong diligence and organizational skills to navigate lengthy, complex sales cycles involving multiple client teams
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment

• Proficiency in SQL or a willingness to learn
