This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel business expansion by recognizing opportunities with target clientele.
• Serve a crucial role in generating new business prospects and offering support to customers as well as the team.
• Establish a foundation for successful sales engagements through cold outreach initiatives and nurturing relationships to secure qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Comprehend current and future demand to enable, educate, and support the sales force in effectively positioning with clients to secure new business.
• Lead discussions with clients and present Toptal’s insights on innovation and experience topics while posing exploratory questions to gain a deeper understanding of client needs.
• Identify, educate, qualify, and cultivate sales-ready leads through lead-generation efforts and cold-calling.
• Foster relationships with potential enterprise clients through strategic outreach and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members and sales executives to pursue opportunities and suggest follow-up actions.
• Assist in training and onboarding new SDRs while nurturing both new and existing client relationships.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience as an Enterprise SDR.
• Knowledgeable with a broad understanding of the business challenges faced by Enterprise clients.
• Critical thinking skills to analyze client challenges and create opportunities from unsigned clients and accounts.
• Perseverance to relentlessly pursue goals.
• Passion and enthusiasm to excel in this role, as it can be challenging if you dislike rejection.
• Curiosity to understand people, their problems, their companies, and their industries.
• Conscientiousness, as discussions may become technical; understanding complex issues and explaining them to clients is crucial.
• Highly motivated with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.

• Ownership of accounts, including successes and failures.
