This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Execute focused outbound prospecting initiatives (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) targeting enterprise accounts
β’ Identify and engage with key decision-makers (VP, Director, C-level) within large organizations
β’ Perform comprehensive account research and implement account-based sales methodologies
β’ Qualify both inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, BANT)
β’ Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
β’ Ensure accurate tracking of activities and pipeline management within CRM systems
β’ Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging and targeting strategies
β’ Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics
β’ 2β5+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development, ideally in SaaS
β’ Demonstrated success in enterprise outbound sales and pipeline generation
β’ Strong proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
β’ Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizations
β’ Data-driven mindset with the capacity to analyze outreach performance
β’ Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept in a fast-paced environment
