Enterprise Risk Management Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Execute routine and recurring data entry tasks to support ERM activities, ensuring precision and completeness.

• Organize and manage the ERM document repository, including files, templates, and supporting materials.

• Aid in the administration and maintenance of ERM tracking tools, which include Smartsheets, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

• Assist with updates to risk registers, assessments, and related materials as instructed by ERM leadership.

• Perform quality checks to detect missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and escalate issues as appropriate.

• Ensure that documentation adheres to established naming conventions, version control, and retention standards.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and monitor required ERM information.

• Help in the preparation of basic reports, summaries, and status updates using Microsoft Office tools.

• Contribute to periodic ERM cycles and initiatives through administrative and operational support.

• Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive and non-public information.

• Carry out other related tasks as requested and special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Prior experience in an administrative, operations, coordinator, or data-entry role is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to work accurately in a process-driven environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with Smartsheets or similar workflow/tracking tools is preferred.

• Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.

• Capability to adhere to established procedures and documentation standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Technologically adept and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
