Enterprise Revenue Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: Collaborate with senior GTM leaders to create and implement strategies that modernize their revenue operations utilizing Gong’s AIOS.

• Workflow Architecture: Analyze current-state customer processes and design AI-driven workflows that lead to revenue outcomes.

• Adoption and Change Management: Implement initiatives that encourage behavior change and integrate Gong into the daily routines of teams.

• Value Realization: Leverage data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes that showcase Gong’s ROI and strategic significance.

• Renewal and Expansion Management: Take ownership of the renewal strategy and execution, working alongside cross-functional teams to drive growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.

• Proven track record of maintaining relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders and leading conversations on value and ROI.

• Strong passion for promoting customer centricity by engaging internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and executives.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• A data-driven mindset focused on achieving measurable outcomes.

• Enthusiasm for driving customer success and contributing to a high-performance, accountable work culture.
