Enterprise RCM Client Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for enterprise-level medical practice client(s) while cultivating and sustaining robust client relationships to comprehend their specific RCM requirements and challenges.

• Facilitate regular client meetings to assess business metrics, progress, recommendations, and other proactive topics to ensure the high-quality delivery of contracted services.

• Deliver exceptional value and customer service to our enterprise client practices by identifying and effectively collaborating with RCM operations and the client to address insurance and other billing-related issues.

• Oversee and track the complete RCM process for assigned clients, monitoring RCM KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and SLAs.

• Partner with internal RCM operations and the global team to enhance client metrics and guarantee seamless service delivery.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to proactively pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization, collaborating with operational functions on aggressive strategies to achieve positive client outcomes related to the revenue cycle.

• Establish, implement, and manage Practice Performance Plans that identify, quantify, and resolve issues affecting service levels and/or the fulfillment of contractual obligations, as necessary.

• Analyze customer accounts; identify trends and issues, propose and implement solutions, and ensure successful resolution.

• Join sales calls as needed to showcase depth of domain expertise.

• Act as a subject matter expert on processes and workflows pertinent to the RCM Advisor role and maintain updated knowledge on current healthcare industry and specialty-related changes.

• Stay informed about ModMed software enhancements and releases.

• Undertake additional projects and job responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Medical billing and coding certification preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in a client or practice-facing role, managing revenue cycle management performance for large medical practices (15+ providers) is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant physician billing medical/RCM experience with a background in developing and presenting revenue cycle management KPIs and month-end reports is required, preferably to executive leaders.

• Extensive understanding of medical billing/coding, physician practice management, and healthcare business processes; strong knowledge of various insurance carriers, including Medicare, private HMOs, and PPOs.

• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas for data analysis, create tables and pivot tables, and apply formatting and conditional formatting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.

• Professional demeanor is required.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.
