Enterprise Project Manager, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for intricate professional services engagements.

• Manage a substantial portfolio of 20–40 simultaneous projects.

• Conduct design workshops and create detailed project documentation.

• Collaborate with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams.

• Serve as the "delivery expert" during the pre-sales process.

• Diligently manage project margins, billable utilization, and scope.

• Actively identify and address "scope creep."

• Function as the main point of escalation and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in leading large-scale, billable services delivery in a SaaS or consulting setting.

• Demonstrated success in managing projects with budgets over $100k.

• Proficient in managing Gantt-based schedules, resource forecasting, and maintaining RAID logs.

• Experience with web/mobile documentation management or construction technology platforms is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM).

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• PMP and/or CAPM certification is highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client on-site meetings and internal strategy discussions.
