• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise project management, technical program management, marketing operations, or workflow delivery.
• Proven history of executing complex, cross-functional initiatives that involve enterprise platforms, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities in production.
• Practical experience in managing the rollout, development, or governance of AI features within essential marketing or go-to-market platforms.
• Strong discipline in managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and accountability across teams, particularly in dynamic, matrixed environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on documentation, quality, governance, and operational readiness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide executive-level updates and maintain robust process documentation.
• Ability to operate effectively in uncertain environments while providing structure that facilitates team progress.
• Knowledge of enterprise marketing operations or go-to-market workflows is strongly preferred.
