Enterprise Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Accountable for facilitating and enhancing the complete customer engagement within the Enterprise Hardware Solutions portfolio.

• Offers in-depth expertise on the portfolio, business processes, requirements, and internal company tools.

• Aids the cross-functional team in identifying and developing opportunities.

• Guides the cross-functional team through the implementation and successful launch of deal development.

• Ensures that all business processes are executed in alignment with Agilent business standards throughout the entire engagement.

• Supports and propels the profitable expansion of the SAJK Enterprise Hardware Solutions business by effectively utilizing Agilent's internal tools.

• Identifies and resolves cross-functional obstacles to business through collaborative solution development.

• Advocates for positive outcomes for both Agilent and its customers by ensuring thoroughness and efficiency in executing business processes.

• Utilizes a profound understanding of the Agilent Enterprise Hardware Solutions portfolio and customer needs to foster and support meaningful connections with our customers.

• Aids in deal development and initial customer engagement by articulating the value of relevant solutions to clients.

• Provides expert guidance on the scope and development of solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Collaboratively formulates custom programs or solutions to address customer needs and challenges within Agilent's capabilities.

• Equips the cross-functional team with a clear vision of anticipated deal profitability and directs deal development to promote profitable growth within the Enterprise Services Business.

• Leads the cross-functional team through the technical development and configuration of Enterprise hardware solutions.

• Develops essential program or project documentation for the cross-functional team as part of program or project development and configuration.

• Directs the cross-functional team through the necessary business process steps, such as deal approvals and the entry of agreements into relevant systems.

• Supplies essential documentation and information for interfacing with Agilent's internal systems that facilitate service delivery by operational teams.

• Supports modifications to existing customer programs or projects while ensuring adherence to Agilent business standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.

• Proven ability to manage and advance multiple projects of medium to high complexity simultaneously.

• Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfortable handling diverse types of information and documentation (technical, financial, and contractual).

• Capable of developing a strong understanding of overarching business, operational, and cross-functional needs.

• Familiar with the requirements of a scientific laboratory at both user and management levels.

• Excellent communication skills (listening, written, verbal, and digital) and teamwork abilities within and across organizations, along with a broad organizational awareness (proficient English is essential).

• Demonstrated capability to advance despite challenges and provide leadership, vision, drive, and innovation in complex situations.

• Project Management experience is favorable.
