This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Provide direction and oversight as a Project Manager on internal and customer projects at Agilent throughout all phases of the project lifecycle (Initiation, Design & Planning, Execution, Closure).
• Responsible for facilitating and enhancing the comprehensive customer engagement in Enterprise Services, which includes Asset Performance Management (APM) and Relocation Programs.
• Offer specialized knowledge regarding the portfolio, business processes, requirements, and internal company tools.
• Support cross-functional teams in identifying and developing opportunities.
• Guide cross-functional teams through the implementation and successful launch of projects or deal developments.
• Ensure that all business processes comply with Agilent's business standards throughout the entire engagement process.
• Foster profitable growth in the APAC Enterprise Services sector by effectively utilizing Agilent's internal tools.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional challenges to business operations through collaborative solution development.
• Advocate for positive results for both Agilent and its customers by ensuring thoroughness and efficiency in executing business processes.
• Utilize a deep understanding of Agilent's Enterprise Services portfolio and customer needs to foster and support meaningful relationships with our clients.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent University degree.
• Degree in a technical field and/or project/business management.
• PMP, Prince2, or other relevant Project Management certifications are optional but considered a plus.
• Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience for entry into this level.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the role are necessary, including the capability to manage internal and external engagements independently.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage and advance multiple projects of medium to high complexity simultaneously, applying project management practices.
• Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be capable of handling various types of information and documentation, including technical, financial, and contract/agreement-related documents.
• Able to cultivate a strong awareness of overarching business, operational, and cross-functional requirements.
• Familiarity with the needs of a scientific laboratory at both user and management levels is essential.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, written, verbal, and digital) and teamwork abilities, both within and across organizations, along with broad organizational awareness.
• Proven ability to advance in challenging situations and provide leadership, vision, drive, and innovation to complex scenarios.
• Prior project management experience is preferred.
• Characteristics such as Agile, Adaptable, Innovative, Driven, Passionate, Bold, Risk Taker, and Problem Solver are desirable.
• Option to work remotely.
