Enterprise Project Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gain an in-depth understanding of Arcadia's platform, data flows, and system configurations.

• Ensure data accuracy by collaborating with internal teams and customer stakeholders.

• Explain and troubleshoot common data and configuration issues with increasing independence.

• Contribute to the documentation of processes and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Proactively identify and flag risks using established playbooks and analytical reasoning.

• Manage obstacles and apply structured problem-solving techniques to keep projects on track.

• Appropriately escalate concerns while gathering data to aid in resolution.

• Lead tactical communications within workstreams, ensuring clear understanding of deliverables and timelines.

• Effectively present project updates to customer stakeholders.

• Translate technical concepts into easily understandable business insights.

• Build trust through consistent and reliable communication and follow-through.

• Take ownership of workstream deliverables and autonomously coordinate updates.

• Anticipate potential delays and proactively adjust plans.

• Demonstrate accountability through timely updates and dependable execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience working with healthcare data, with strong expertise in claims and/or clinical data.

• At least 2 years of experience in value-based care.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can simplify complex concepts.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data (Excel proficiency required; SQL knowledge is a plus).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you are adept at managing multiple moving parts.

• Curiosity and a willingness to learn—you ask questions and quickly incorporate feedback.

• A genuine interest in healthcare, value-based care, or health technology (experience is not mandatory).
