This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategic management of clients and stakeholders.
• Executive Partnership: Collaborate directly with Coastal Leadership to oversee essential client relationships with Key Stakeholders and Steering Committee Members.
• Relationship Ownership: Act as the primary relationship steward for designated enterprise clients and programs.
• Operating Models: Develop and sustain effective engagement and operating models tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Account Growth: Offer strategic guidance to enhance Coastal Cloud's presence across 1–2 key clients or programs.
• Executive Reporting: Deliver impactful project and program updates to a variety of stakeholders across multiple executive platforms.
• Enterprise Program Delivery & Governance.
• Multi-Cloud Ecosystems: Manage several complex workstreams simultaneously within a multi-cloud setting.
• Delivery Planning: Create thorough project delivery plans, monitoring progress, critical paths, and significant milestones.
• Cross-Project Dependencies: Actively oversee cross-project dependencies and represent your programs in various corporate cross-project discussions.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify, monitor, and address critical risks and issues affecting large-scale project execution.
• Financial & Metric Accountability: Ensure precise forecasting, maintain optimal program profitability, and manage essential performance metrics to lead programs to successful outcomes.
• Contractual Support: Work closely with Engagement Managers and Directors to pinpoint escalation points, resolve project challenges, and aid in the development of scopes of work (SOWs) or other contract-related documents.
• Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence.
• Team Management: Supervise and lead internal and client teams throughout the program, overseeing a team size of 10+ members, including other Project Managers.
• Mentorship: Offer real-time mentorship, guidance, and professional development to program team members and Project Managers.
• Agile Methodology: Assist delivery teams with estimation techniques, sprint planning, and performance tracking.
• Process Accountability: Ensure project teams are strictly accountable for following company and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) protocols, methodologies, and tools.
• Enterprise Leadership: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Program Manager or in an enterprise project environment leading large-scale technology implementations.
• PMO Background: Over 10 years of dedicated experience in a Project Management Office (PMO).
• Consulting Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in a professional consulting environment.
• Financial Scope: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs with budgets exceeding $2M annually.
• Salesforce Expertise: Practical experience overseeing Salesforce project implementations.
• Team Scale: Proven experience managing teams of 10+ members, including sub-project managers.
• Technical Literacy: Strong technical background in software development, testing, automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and Quality Control processes.
• Strategic Leadership: Skilled in sustaining critical executive client relationships, driving strategic decisions, and providing insightful leadership.
• Tools Proficiencies: Proficient in modern project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheets, Lucidcharts, Google Apps, and MS Office, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Problem Solving: Outstanding troubleshooting, risk management, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess full-time, permanent US work authorization.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations as necessary.
• Flexible working hours with a focus on maintaining a life-work balance (in that order!).
