Enterprise Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and oversee Power Platform solutions—including Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse.

• Collect requirements directly from end-users.

• Rapidly prototype, enhance for production readiness, and deploy using ALM pipelines with managed solutions, environment strategies, and source control.

• Integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure services, and external APIs as the mission demands.

• Establish and enforce enterprise governance, including environment strategies, DLP policies, Center of Excellence (CoE) tools, naming conventions, and security/role models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Secret clearance is essential, with the capability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in developing enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Proven proficiency in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Strong understanding of Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.

• Experience in designing and managing Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) utilizing managed solutions, multiple environments, and source control.

• Background in implementing Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) governance, DLP policies, and tenant-level administration.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of converting operator requirements into technical solutions and effectively briefing GO/SES-level stakeholders on outcomes.

• Familiarity with integrating SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
