This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and maintain automations for onboarding, transitions, and offboarding processes, access requests, device management, deprovisioning, and typical employee IT requirements.
• Enhance identity and access functionalities utilizing SSO, MFA, least privilege principles, birthright access, directory and group structures, standards-based provisioning, and device trust solutions.
• Assist in administering zero-touch device provisioning and management for macOS and Windows, which includes application packaging, patch automation, policy compliance, and drift detection.
• Leverage AI tools, APIs, workflows, and event-driven methodologies to optimize platform operations while ensuring proper access controls, approvals, and human oversight.
• Develop self-service solutions, runbooks, and training materials for both employees and support teams.
• Implement telemetry, logging, dashboards, and basic assessments for automations and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Engage in Tier 2/3 incident management, conduct root cause analyses, and incorporate insights into automations, runbooks, and standards.
• Collaborate with Security, GRC, People, Finance, IT Service Delivery, and platform stakeholders to implement changes securely and enhance the employee experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT engineering, platform engineering, systems administration, or a comparable role supporting essential business technology.
• Proficient understanding of identity and access management concepts, including SSO, MFA, least privilege, directory and group management, and standards-based provisioning.
• Experience in supporting macOS and/or Windows environments with contemporary device management strategies.
• Knowledge of application packaging, patching, configuration baselines, or compliance reporting is preferred.
• Proficiency in scripting and system integration utilizing APIs, webhooks, workflow automation, or similar techniques.
• Familiarity with SaaS administration, collaboration tools, and employee-facing technology platforms.
• Experience with incident and change management processes, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and thorough documentation practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to create technical documentation and convey complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Considered use of AI-assisted development, troubleshooting, documentation, workflow design, or analysis, including validating outputs.
• Good judgment concerning security, privacy, access control, data integrity, hallucination risks, human approval processes, logging, and assessment.
• Direct experience in AI agent development is not mandatory.
• Preferred: experience in remote-first, SaaS-first, or zero-trust environments.
• Preferred: exposure to collaboration suites, meeting platforms, knowledge-sharing tools, room systems, or office networking.
• Preferred: familiarity with REST APIs, event-driven integrations, configuration-as-code, version control, or CI/CD methodologies.
• Preferred: experience with self-service workflows or AI tools for support, troubleshooting, documentation, or operational analysis.
• Preferred: awareness of security and compliance frameworks.
