This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate customers in enhancing the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using Samsara’s IoT platform.
• Oversee the deployment of Samsara technology for large-scale enterprise clients.
• Develop launch strategies and roadmaps to boost product usage.
• Monitor implementation progress, engagement, product adoption, and account health.
• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara technology to executives and daily users.
• Address customer challenges across various use cases.
• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Work collaboratively across departments including Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
• Mentor the broader Customer Success and Support teams.
• Articulate the capabilities of the Samsara platform to customers.
• Advocate for and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior role within Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Background in supporting or working with technical products.
• Strong skills in priority management and emotional intelligence.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent consultative abilities and experience in comprehensive system implementations.
• Demonstrated success in building trust and communicating effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leaders, and software users.
• Initiative and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure while resolving customer issues.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS is preferred.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in serving and supporting large-scale business solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
• Availability to work during ET/CT hours.
• Willingness and capacity to travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time, which may include overnight stays.
• Residency in the United States, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
