Enterprise Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to large-scale clients and oversee the implementation of Samsara technology to ensure rapid realization of benefits.

• Take ownership of project management tasks, including creating project plans, maintaining RAID logs, and conducting governance meetings.

• Facilitate solution workshops to establish Level 1 processes for each business operation.

• Assist clients with change management strategies, incorporating policies, communications, and training initiatives.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara technology to both executives and everyday users.

• Navigate through implementation challenges across various use cases.

• Supervise multiple customer projects simultaneously.

• Work collaboratively across departments to provide an outstanding customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting position.

• Preference for candidates with enterprise SaaS and hardware experience.

• Strong project management abilities and familiarity with following established methodologies.

• At least 2 years of experience supporting or working with technical products.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting on-site workshops with over 10 stakeholders.

• Solutions-driven with exceptional problem-solving and project management capabilities.

• Excellent consultative skills and hands-on experience with complete system implementations.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, senior management in Product and Engineering, and software users.

• Self-starter with the capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment undergoing frequent changes.

• Fluency in German is preferred as an ideal candidate qualification.

• Experience leveraging AI or automation within Customer Success workflows is preferred.

• Experience in developing implementation methodologies and/or frameworks is preferred.
