Enterprise Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Comprehend the insurance verification process across key sectors.

• Oversee the complete API onboarding and implementation for new clients, which includes setup, testing, and going live.

• Act as the main post-sale contact for significant enterprise accounts.

• Cultivate cross-functional relationships with product, engineering, and executive teams.

• Represent customer needs internally and provide organized feedback to product and engineering teams.

• Evaluate usage data to pinpoint expansion possibilities and ensure customers derive measurable value.

• Assist with contract renewals and growth initiatives alongside Sales, Engineering, and Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in management consulting within the insurance, automotive, or real estate sectors.

• Demonstrated success in managing large or strategic enterprise accounts with intricate integration requirements.

• Capability to design and implement customer success processes in early-stage or growing organizations.

• Strong technical skills and aptitude for troubleshooting APIs, data integrations, and authentication workflows.

• Exceptional communication abilities, with the skill to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience working with engineering and product teams to create customer-focused solutions.

• Knowledge of UX principles, workflow optimization, and data security protocols.

• Authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
