Enterprise Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the implementation and adoption of Unframe’s AI solutions within enterprise accounts, from post-POC deployment to expansion.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to convert customer requirements into actionable project plans and ensure large-scale execution.

• Coordinate stakeholders by managing alignment across business, IT, and data teams within major organizations.

• Establish and evaluate success metrics: monitor adoption, usage, and business impact to showcase value.

• Conduct enablement and training sessions to assist customers in operationalizing Unframe’s AI solutions.

• Ensure project efficiency by coordinating with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions) to maintain timely and scoped deployments.

• Identify growth opportunities by highlighting new use cases and operational gaps that AI can address.

• Provide systematic feedback from the field to influence Unframe’s product roadmap and delivery methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in enterprise-facing positions such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Enterprise CSM, Implementation Lead, or Technical Account Manager.

• Demonstrated experience managing intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects, preferably involving AI, data, or SaaS platforms with digital transformation components.

• Strong execution and project management capabilities. Proficient in planning, coordinating, and delivering within tight deadlines.

• Business-technical fluency. Capable of effectively translating between executives, engineers, and end-users.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities in English (Hebrew is a plus).

• High sense of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
