Enterprise Delivery Manager – Data Services

📋 Description

• The Enterprise Delivery Manager acts as a senior leader in delivery and strategy, responsible for coordinating and managing data initiatives across the enterprise.

• This position guarantees the effective implementation of projects that encompass data integration, governance, quality, and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals to facilitate reliable, actionable insights throughout the business.

• This leader merges strategic foresight with practical delivery supervision—mentoring teams, fostering alignment between business and IT, and establishing the processes and frameworks that allow data to function as a genuine enterprise asset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in data modeling, data quality management, metadata management, and integration tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or Boomi.

• Comprehensive understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and data security protocols in hybrid environments.

• Proficiency in implementing data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK) and managing data lifecycle processes.

• Demonstrated experience in leading intricate, multi-phase data and integration programs with cross-functional teams, effectively managing scope, budgets, and timelines.

• Capability to assess complex enterprise data ecosystems, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and align data capabilities with business strategies.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey data strategies, project updates, and business value to varied audiences.

• Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate trust and alignment among executive leadership, business units, and technical teams.
