This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Assesses customer needs and connects them with suitable Pearson solutions.
• Facilitates effective customer onboarding, sets up digital access, provides orientation for user experience, and ensures proper student usage of Pearson products.
• Responsible for empowering instructors with essential skills, resources, ongoing training, and support.
• Leverages reports and data to analyze and expand market share, prioritize initiatives, and make informed decisions affecting accounts within their territory.
• Applies critical thinking to tailor solutions that align with evolving customer strategies and specific territory needs.
• Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Services, Marketing, and Account Management) to track sales growth and enhance quality assurance.
• Shows dedication to continuous teaching and learning while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as personalized customer success, customer service, account management, or corporate training.
• Must have experience in one of the following areas: Edtech, Customer Success, Higher Education, or Sales.
• MUST RESIDE IN THE MIDWEST OR WESTERN US REGIONS.
• This position qualifies for Pearson’s annual incentive program.
