This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Build a trusted adviser relationship with your customers and foster key connections.
• Comprehend CyberArk products, their attributes, functionalities, and how they can be leveraged to alleviate customers' security issues.
• Collaborate closely with the customer to formulate, define, and evaluate success criteria.
• Perform Quarterly business reviews to ensure that successful outcomes are being realized from CyberArk solutions.
• Oversee customer support tickets to guarantee that SLAs are fulfilled.
• Monitor product adoption to maintain high retention rates.
• Create success plans for at-risk customers and implement them in partnership with the functional team.
• Work in tandem with the sales team on contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Capable of managing intricate customer relationships that may span multiple products and regions.
• Over 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Account Management, or a similar position.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; adept at building relationships at various levels and collaborating across the organization to achieve optimal results for both customers and CyberArk.
• Experience working with large enterprise clients (Executive level, CXO).
• Proven track record in establishing and nurturing relationships, aiming to reduce customer churn and drive successful renewals.
• Knowledge of enterprise Directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure, etc.), including support and security operations.
• Strong expertise in Windows/Active Directory administration; familiarity with UNIX/Linux, databases, scripting, development, and DevOps is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is a plus.
• Proficient in installing and supporting enterprise software on both Windows and UNIX platforms.
• Understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations.
• Previous experience with CyberArk Software solutions is preferred, or relevant experience with enterprise applications, security management, systems management, identity management, and/or policy management solutions, particularly in the IAM and SIEM domains.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
