Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure that our customers enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations utilizing our IoT platform.

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for large-scale clients.

• Develop launch strategies and a roadmap to boost product utilization.

• Monitor implementation progress, user engagement, product adoption, and account health.

• Conduct training sessions, showcase Samsara’s technology, and address challenges faced by customers.

• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally to provide an outstanding experience for our clients.

• Attain a deep understanding of the capabilities of the Samsara platform and communicate them to various customer types.

• Advocate for and incorporate Samsara’s cultural values as we expand globally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting position, preferably in Enterprise SaaS.

• Exceptional priority management skills and high emotional intelligence.

• Experience in supporting or collaborating with technical products.

• Solutions-oriented with robust problem-solving and project management abilities.

• Strong consultative skills with a background in comprehensive system implementations.

• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, senior management in Product and Engineering, and daily users of our software.

• A drive to exceed expectations, take initiative, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure while resolving customer issues.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year institution.
