This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and cultivate sales opportunities with prospective clients as well as within a portfolio of established national retailers.
• Engage with customers to assess their needs, performing market research to uncover both current and future business prospects.
• Proactively pinpoint areas for growth, developing account growth strategies, building pipelines, analyzing performance for customer insights, and monitoring ongoing deals in Salesforce.
• Establish trust and confidence with customer decision-makers, offering guidance on solutions that address their cash management needs.
• Utilize data, case studies, and industry expertise to present Brink’s value proposition and the impact of its solutions effectively.
• Negotiate and finalize deals, transforming identified opportunities across the solution portfolio into compelling agreements.
• Collaborate with various functional teams (e.g., Customer Care, Operations, Marketing) to meet account development and performance objectives.
• Relay market trends and competitive landscapes to Brink’s Leadership.
• Perform additional tasks that contribute to growth, enhance customer loyalty, foster innovation, and promote operational excellence.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing high-level relationships with large national retailers or strategic accounts is essential.
• Experience in selling multiple, integrated product or service solutions and overseeing RFP processes is preferred.
• Proficient in office productivity applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and comfortable utilizing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
