This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Formulate and implement a long-term account strategy that aligns with customer needs and the objectives of GE HealthCare.
• Convert the account strategy into actionable priorities and opportunity plans that can be executed throughout the GE HealthCare commercial organization.
• Establish and maintain relationships at the executive level with GPO leaders and key stakeholders in health systems, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator.
• Act as the main point of contact for the designated GPO relationship, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and alignment within GE HealthCare.
• Spearhead contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and strategic business reviews in collaboration with Contracting, Legal, Finance, and commercial leadership.
• Oversee contract execution and governance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations while maintaining pricing discipline and safeguarding enterprise value.
• Identify and promote growth opportunities within the GPO and its affiliated member organizations by aligning GE HealthCare resources, contracted offerings, and customer priorities.
• Foster engagement with member organizations to encourage the use of GE HealthCare agreements, enhance strategic partnerships, and increase share of wallet.
• Lead cross-functional cooperation among Sales, Service, Contracting, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to support customer objectives and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with Segment and Service leadership to ensure proper customer engagement, commercial alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Manage complex customer escalations and facilitate the resolution of business, operational, service, and contractual issues.
• Guide cross-segment alignment to enhance customer satisfaction, contract performance, win rates, and growth outcomes.
• Hold internal stakeholders accountable for cross-functional commitments affecting the customer relationship, including issue resolution, implementation execution, NPI support, operational performance, and delivery commitments.
• Clearly and effectively present complex business, financial, contractual, and strategic information to executive decision-makers.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in medical sales, healthcare contracting, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical modality expertise, healthcare administration, or similar commercial leadership roles; OR 8+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in presenting complex information to healthcare executive leadership and decision-makers.
• Experience in managing strategic customer relationships and contract negotiations in a complex healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and achieve results across a highly matrixed organization.
• Proven capability to orchestrate multiple stakeholder groups and successfully influence business outcomes.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, relationship management, and strategic planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support customer engagement and business objectives.
• Must reside in and be able to travel within the Nashville area.
