This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +1 more state.
• Formulate and implement multi-year enterprise account strategies that align with customer priorities.
• Convert account strategy into quarterly objectives and actionable opportunity plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with senior C-suite and executive customers.
• Clearly present intricate information to executive decision-makers.
• Act as the sole point of contact and decision-maker for Enterprise Accounts.
• Organize GE HealthCare resources to fulfill customer requirements and address challenges.
• Lead and synchronize cross-functional teams around account priorities and operational rhythm.
• Collaborate with USCAN and Global Segment teams, as well as Sales GMs, on engagement efforts.
• Identify and cultivate enterprise opportunities while involving Enterprise Solutions in strategic deals.
• Drive cross-segment alignment to enhance win rates, deal velocity, and customer confidence.
• Manage funnel health and conversion, including Enterprise Solutions funnel, Share of Wallet, Visibility rate, and Win rate.
• Ensure price discipline and growth while safeguarding value.
• Hold internal stakeholders accountable for cash collection, issue resolution, and fulfillment of delivery commitments.
• Propel closure through influence and escalation pathways when necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical modality expertise, clinical technology leadership, or hospital administration in imaging; OR 8+ years of experience in medical sales.
• Proven experience in presenting complex information to healthcare/hospital C-suite decision-makers.
• Demonstrated capability to lead direct teams and influence others.
• Proven ability to navigate across multiple complex stakeholder groups and influence outcomes.
• Must reside within the designated geography: Wisconsin or Iowa.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to drive account-level strategy and organizational alignment across segments and service teams.
• History of shaping complex, cross-segment opportunities and developing enterprise-level deals.
• Comfort in operating beyond traditional product categories, including digital, SaaS, and precision care strategies.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
