This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage multi-channel outbound sequences utilizing email, LinkedIn, and phone targeting a specific account list.
• Implement account-based strategies in close collaboration with marketing to ensure ads, content, and outreach focus on the same accounts simultaneously.
• Tailor outreach efforts based on genuine research, avoiding generic templates that are widely used.
• Utilize the phone, as it remains the quickest method to secure a qualified meeting within this segment.
• Conduct discovery conversations utilizing Winning by Design's SPICED framework and transfer thoroughly briefed opportunities to the AE team.
• Travel periodically to industry events and customer locations throughout DACH for pre-event outreach, on-site discussions, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain HubSpot meticulously: ensuring clean data, accurate stages, and useful notes.
• Relay insights from discussions back to marketing and product teams.
• 1–3 years of experience as a BDR or SDR in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or enterprise services, preferably selling into the DACH region.
• Truly comfortable making phone calls and willing to embrace this as a fundamental aspect of the role.
• Proficient in both written German and English, capable of engaging in credible business conversations in both languages.
• Familiar with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the other tools in a contemporary outbound toolkit.
• Motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own pipeline independently without constant oversight.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Winning by Design, particularly the Bowtie model, SPICED, and the ADR/ABM pod structure.
• Experience in selling to Learning & Development, Human Resources, Digital Transformation, or AI/Data functions.
• Genuine interest in AI beyond superficial trends, as prospects will quickly recognize authenticity.
• Competitive base salary complemented by a clear variable based on generated pipeline, along with additional revenue sharing on deals you sourced that are closed.
