This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Drive the growth of Enterprise business in Indonesia by identifying, developing, and securing high-value opportunities with universities, institutions, corporations, and government-linked organizations.
• Establish a robust pipeline, forge new customer relationships, and position Wiley’s Enterprise solutions for sustainable growth.
• Formulate and implement a targeted growth strategy for Enterprise sales in Indonesia.
• Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities for Wiley’s Enterprise solutions, which encompass digital collections, courseware, institutional content solutions, and select AI-enabled offerings.
• Cultivate strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including university leaders, procurement stakeholders, faculty champions, and institutional partners.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across product, marketing, customer success, finance, and leadership to secure and launch new business.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, uphold strong opportunity management, and provide accurate forecasting.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to uncover new growth opportunities and partnership models.
• Demonstrated success in B2B or Enterprise business development, preferably within education, EdTech, digital content, SaaS, or solution selling.
• Strong commercial acumen and capability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing intricate deals.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working across various functions and markets.
• A solid understanding of Indonesia’s higher education or institutional landscape is preferred.
