This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Consistently achieve or surpass annual sales targets.
• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of business practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to become a trusted advisor to prospects.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives to enhance the sales process.
• Collaborate effectively to facilitate sales opportunities by coordinating internal and partner resources.
• Exhibit a consistent ability to build and sustain a high-quality sales pipeline at all times.
• Identify business challenges faced by prospects and mobilize resources to address these needs; create tailored business proposals accordingly.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales technical teams to fully comprehend prospect requirements and customize suitable solutions.
• Successfully close sales opportunities following the company's established sales methodologies and processes.
• Negotiate advantageous pricing and business terms by emphasizing value and return on investment (ROI).
• Regularly utilize the company’s sales productivity tools, including Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Outreach, and others.
• Provide prompt and insightful feedback to product management and marketing teams.
• Over 10 years of pertinent B2B consultative sales experience with enterprise-level organizations, ideally in a SaaS-based sales environment or within the mortgage industry and/or mortgage software sector.
• Ability to establish, cultivate, and sustain productive relationships with prospects at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in selling at all levels within the buyer organization by building trust, acting with integrity, and leading through example.
• Capability to develop effective account plans using a combination of face-to-face and phone/web presentations to drive sales, with a minimum of 50% travel and attendance at industry events.
• Skilled in articulating the value and unique features of Optimal Blue solutions.
• Quick learner possessing strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized and disciplined planner and implementer, with sound strategic thinking and conceptual vision.
