This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technology, converting strategic goals into practical architectural solutions.
• Create and uphold enterprise architecture models that are in line with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate and suggest technologies, platforms, and patterns that facilitate digital transformation.
• Lead diagnostics, assessments, and architectural roadmaps in intricate environments.
• Prepare executive presentations to articulate proposals, risks, and advantages of solutions (trade-offs).
• Assist technical and business leaders in making strategic decisions.
• Advocate for architectural governance and best practices in multidisciplinary projects.
• Collaborate across functions on topics of significant relevance and strategic impact for the entire bank.
• Link business strategy with robust and scalable technological solutions.
• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, with proficiency in frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or comparable.
• Understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, system integration, information security, data, and analytics.
• Familiarity with business modeling (BPMN, Business Model Canvas, Capability Maps) and solution architecture (UML, ArchiMate).
• Background in the financial sector, with insight into banking products and services (Credit, Current Accounts, Payments, Investments, Derivatives, etc.).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation and mediation abilities among stakeholders.
• Capacity to establish trust-based relationships with executives, technical leaders, and partners.
• Consultative leadership style, proactive attitude, and results-driven approach.
• Independence, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
• Differentiators: knowledge in Discovery and Ideation (Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean Inception).
• Differentiators: design and implementation of event-driven architectures, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and facilitation of Event Storming.
• Differentiators: experience in digital transformation, legacy modernization, innovation, emerging technologies, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication (a plus).
