Enterprise Architect, ServiceNow, Nuvolo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions in accordance with organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ascertain requirements and transform them into an effective architecture that fulfills business needs.

• Assess and integrate existing systems with ServiceNow and Nuvolo applications, ensuring seamless interoperability and peak performance.

• Offer technical guidance and best practices for the development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions.

• Create architecture diagrams, documentation, and roadmaps to convey the architectural vision and implementation strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to foster innovation and enhance service delivery.

• Ensure adherence to security and governance policies in the architectural design and application deployment.

• This is a remote position, offering flexibility in the work environment while participating in collaborative projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to obtain a Public Trust.

• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or possess a Green Card.

• Over 7 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and configuration.

• Direct experience supporting Nuvolo Clinical EAM on the ServiceNow platform.

• Comprehensive understanding of CMMS, clinical asset lifecycle, and work order management in hospital settings.

• Experience in supporting HTM (Healthcare Technology Management), Biomedical Engineering, or Facilities operations.

• Proficient in business rules, UI actions, scripts, workflows, and role/group administration.

• Background in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments, including upgrades and incident response.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to work remotely in a dynamic federal healthcare IT environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory).

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is strongly preferred.

• Nuvolo training is expected.

• ITIL Foundation or higher is highly preferred.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification is highly desirable.

• PMP certification is a plus.
