This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Provide comprehensive direction, guidance, and a clear definition of enterprise architecture to align with corporate business strategies.
• Lead the execution of enterprise architecture strategies and best practices that support business objectives.
• Concentrate on business process design, solution development, information gathering, and technology application.
• Guide enterprise architects in outlining technical service capabilities, design attributes, enterprise profiles, and segment architecture.
• Manage risks and address complex issues related to enterprise architecture.
• Sustain stakeholder relationships, meet stakeholder requirements, and offer client consultations.
• Direct teams in the creation of baselines, target architectures, roadmap development, transition planning, system and security management, and segment architecture.
• Construct and maintain the architecture portfolio, translating business strategies into IT investments.
• Convert business requirements into scalable, governed AI solutions that deliver quantifiable business value.
• Shape the roadmap for fundamental technologies that drive the enterprise AI strategy.
• Act as the technical product owner and AI architect for the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Define platform capabilities, governance and security guardrails, and architectural standards for AI solutions.
• Establish AI deployment standards, reusable design patterns, and operational guardrails.
• Lead architecture and delivery reviews for scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions.
• Set standards for agentic development lifecycles, operating models, and deployment of agents on SaaS/on-premises infrastructure.
• Advocate for the adoption of Agentic AI and LLM-powered tools.
• Stay informed about AI ecosystems, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI best practices.
• Operate in accordance with responsible AI principles, including security, transparency, governance, and data privacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for education at the rate of one year of technical experience for each year of college requested.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor leading a team in the design and implementation of application and integration, data, technology, and/or security architecture.
• Extensive expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform.
• Practical experience in designing and implementing GenAI solutions using large language models, agent-based architectures, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience overseeing architecture and product ownership functions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture.
• Comprehensive understanding of governance, security, and operational considerations for AI platforms.
• Proven capability to design scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Experience with leading AI providers is strongly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare and regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments or projects concurrently.
• Must be available to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
