This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Define and enhance the enterprise architecture strategy of the organization, establishing architectural principles, standards, and roadmaps to guide technology decisions.
β’ Collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate strategic priorities into target-state architectures that promote enterprise-wide outcomes.
β’ Create and enforce architecture governance processes, reviewing and approving solution designs for alignment with enterprise standards and long-term objectives.
β’ Develop and sustain multi-year technology roadmaps that balance innovation, scalability, cost efficiency, and risk management, identifying opportunities to rationalize systems and modernize legacy platforms.
β’ Offer architectural guidance and oversight on key initiatives, working alongside IT Business Solutions Consultants to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
β’ Define enterprise data and integration strategies that ensure interoperability and establish a robust foundation for analytics and AI capabilities.
β’ Remain informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing new tools and platforms while providing recommendations on their value to the organization.
β’ Establish architectural frameworks that facilitate AI adoption across the enterprise and lead technology due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing business technology solutions, particularly with platforms such as ERP, HRIS, CRM, M365, or similar (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
β’ Demonstrated success in delivering business technology roadmaps and overseeing end-to-end solution delivery.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of cloud-based platforms and enterprise technologies, with a strong background in IT service delivery, governance, and compliance standards.
β’ Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
β’ Strong project management and analytical abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and identify opportunities for process improvements.
β’ A keen interest in AI and a willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies.
