This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Design, document, and oversee the implementation of technical solutions for clients following the purchase of Veeam products.
• Convert business requirements into scalable and secure architectures for both customer-led and partner-led deployments.
• Offer technical leadership across intricate enterprise environments and digital transformation projects.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and pinpoint opportunities for architectural enhancements.
• Create both high-level and detailed solution architectures.
• Generate low-level design documents, technical specifications, and implementation strategies.
• Establish and maintain reference architectures and technical documentation.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and level-of-effort estimations.
• Lead the practical implementation of Veeam on-premises, cloud, and Kasten solutions.
• Provide technical oversight during deployment and post-sales implementation phases.
• Assist with proofs of concept, workshops, and architecture validation tasks.
• Guide partner-driven implementations and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, project managers, customers, and partners.
• Convert business objectives into technical strategies and promote solution adoption.
• Assess emerging technologies in containers, security, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Contribute to internal best practices, standards, delivery frameworks, and partner enablement.
• Extensive IT experience, particularly in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Profound expertise in data protection, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container security.
• Strong understanding of VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure, GCP, and enterprise storage.
• Documented experience leading transformation projects for large enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of networking, security, ISO 27001, NIST, and IT governance.
• Experience in post-sales consulting, professional services, or solution delivery.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Required certification: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support global enterprise deployments.
