Enterprise AI Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist with the implementation of Google Gemini for Government, M365 Copilot, and ChatGPT Government Enterprise solutions.

• Ensure compliance with AFS's legal and security requirements along with federal standards, including NIST 800-171.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Establish business requirements and success metrics for the deployment and adoption of the platform.

• Conduct workshops to facilitate the gathering of requirements.

• Lead the collection of user feedback and integrate insights into ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Align technical deliverables with business goals and compliance regulations.

• Manage procurement processes and secure operational approvals.

• Supervise the integration of Entra ID SSO, along with logging and monitoring functionalities.

• Ensure that support resources are recruited and trained for continuous platform operations.

• Assist in testing, validation, and deployment efforts.

• Report on project progress, risks, and challenges.

• Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and constraints across various workstreams.

• Create contingency plans and escalate critical issues as necessary.

• Collaborate with a small, agile internal team to ensure timely project delivery.

• Partner with the Enterprise AI Feature Engineer to align technical and functional workstreams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• Experience with at least one enterprise AI tool: Google Gemini for Government, M365 Copilot, or ChatGPT Government.

• Strong skills in Stakeholder Management.

• Proficiency in Business Process Engineering.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex technology integration programs within a federal or highly regulated setting.

• Solid understanding of AI platforms, cloud technologies, and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST.

• Expertise in cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps methodologies.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to navigate through ambiguity and achieve results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• US work authorization without the requirement for current or future visa sponsorship.

• Familiarity with LLMs and LLM Cloud Services is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or other cloud services is a plus.

• Experience with supply chain systems and risk assessment is advantageous.

• Familiarity with cloud deployment environments is beneficial.
