This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead technical discovery initiatives across various workflows, systems, and disciplines.
• Collect, document, and verify customer technical requirements and existing environments.
• Develop detailed technical proposals and deployment strategies, crafting compelling ROI narratives and solution justification documents.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both technical and business stakeholders as a strategic technical advisor.
• Create and maintain a Customer Technical Vision (CTV) that encapsulates the technical landscape, long-term objectives, and adoption strategies.
• Actively seek out expansion opportunities to promote revenue growth.
• Assist in coordinating internal specialists for demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Partner with Account Executives to formulate opportunity strategies based on technical insights.
• Ensure accurate documentation, notes, and action items are maintained in internal systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of industry experience or expertise in Autodesk solutions or related fields.
• Strong understanding of software applications, SaaS platforms, or technical workflows.
• Proven experience in building long-lasting relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Keen interest in customer-facing technical roles, with a focus on honing storytelling and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to grasp complex technologies and industry workflows.
