This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Safeguard and enhance Veeva's presence through effective daily account management, a strong commitment to operational excellence, and a genuine interest in understanding and supporting your customer's business and IT objectives.
• Oversee the Client Partnerships and manage the account for Commercials with the aim of becoming a reliable long-term partner.
• Take responsibility for crafting and executing the account vision, strategy, and operational processes.
• Act as the representative for your customers within Veeva by prioritizing their needs and ensuring their interests are met.
• Proactively foster relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement, while also establishing new connections as necessary.
• Navigate intricate sales cycles, communicate contextual value propositions clearly, and negotiate essential contracts and annual license renewals.
• Handle account administration and consistently contribute to accurate forecasting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and broaden your understanding of both legacy and innovative Veeva solutions.
• 8+ years of combined experience in software sales and consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and experience with digital transformation in the Commercial sector.
• Demonstrated success in building multi-layered relationships across various functions, including business, IT, and procurement.
• Strong organizational skills paired with an appropriate attention to detail.
• A solid work ethic with a necessary sense of urgency regarding customer needs.
• Self-motivated with minimal need for direct supervision.
• Residing in Germany or Switzerland.
