This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• As a trusted advisor and strategic thinker, you are responsible for selling to Global 2000 companies, delivering significant ROI through efficient, value-driven renewals and upsells.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to track health scorecards, identify customer requirements, and showcase account management expertise to facilitate deal closure.
• Act as a product advocate—addressing current customer pain points while keeping an eye on the future evolution of our product.
• Be a pioneer and explore new possibilities as a founding member of the Enterprise Account Management team, where you'll help create playbooks, foster culture, and establish best practices.
• Negotiate all aspects of renewal contracts by developing win/win strategies that enhance contract value while strengthening customer relationships and the benefits they derive from Zip.
• Engage with the wider Zip team to provide consistent and accurate updates on renewal status to management and escalate issues as necessary.
• Oversee existing customers on multi-year contracts to ensure they realize the full value from our services.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology SaaS at the enterprise level.
• Proven track record in selling to procurement, finance, and legal departments.
• Experience in driving customer retention and promoting adoption of a SaaS product among enterprise clients.
• Strong customer management abilities, including sales, account management, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated—able to deliver your best performance without external motivation.
• You are organized, efficient with your time, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
