📋 Description

• Overseeing the long-term strategy and fostering relationships across the designated enterprise account portfolio.

• Attaining significant financial objectives and growth across a diverse range of large accounts in various sectors.

• Collaborating with management to define account strategies and pinpoint opportunities for business development.

• Engaging with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through a consultative approach.

• Crafting and implementing comprehensive account plans, consistently achieving and surpassing targets.

• Communicating compelling value propositions regarding Jumio’s services to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams to optimize account growth and service excellence.

• Preparing and presenting detailed business reports, offering insights and updates on account performance.

• Providing valuable feedback to Product and Marketing teams to continuously improve our offerings and the value we deliver to clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a SaaS Account Manager with a demonstrated history of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.

• Experience in the identity verification sector is advantageous.

• Proven success in retention and growth within multi-million dollar accounts.

• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively to meet account goals and contribute to the organization’s success.

• Demonstrated experience in managing high-value enterprise accounts with a focus on land and expand strategies.

• Evidence of the ability to build deep relationships across existing and new use cases on a global scale.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management and performance tracking.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

• Proficient in AI technologies.

• A professional, ambitious, determined, and results-oriented mindset.
