This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, target, and cultivate national enterprise accounts, including existing Lingo targets such as national diabetes prevention initiatives, employer wellness programs, national distributor networks, clinical education providers, channel partnerships, and alternative medicine practice groups.
• Develop and nurture top-down executive relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at target enterprise accounts across the United States.
• Oversee intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from the initial discovery phase to commercial agreements, facilitating scalable Lingo adoption pathways within enterprise organizations.
• Negotiate enterprise contracts, volume agreements, and strategic healthcare professional partnerships in accordance with Lingo's commercial and compliance standards.
• Establish contact and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and essential clinical stakeholders.
• Cultivate and leverage connections with key decision-makers within targeted accounts to sustain, enhance, and secure business growth.
• Construct and oversee a structured enterprise pipeline from prospecting to account management, regularly updating the Head of HCP Sales on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
• Perform market analysis and utilize business intelligence reporting to pinpoint high-potential enterprise segments, prioritizing account targeting based on population health impact, commercial viability, and clinical alignment with Lingo’s value proposition.
• Represent Lingo at national conferences, industry events, and key opinion leader forums to enhance brand presence and generate enterprise pipeline.
• A minimum of a BS/BA degree is required.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Must possess the ability to engage with executive-level customers and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong and persuasive presentation abilities.
• Proven capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks is essential.
• Ability to work effectively and decisively with both external and internal customers, as well as key opinion leaders.
• A solid understanding of the healthcare landscape is crucial.
• This role will involve travel of up to 60%.
• Preferred candidates should have 10 years of sales experience or equivalent background.
• Experience in Health Tech sales is advantageous.
