
Enterprise Account Executive, E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance the e-commerce sector by seeking out and engaging online retailers, DTC brands, ticketing services, subscription platforms, and digital commerce enterprises.
• Oversee the sales process by conducting meetings, cultivating relationships, coordinating SentiLink resources to implement solutions, preparing analytical business cases, and finalizing commercial agreements.
• Establish trusted connections with stakeholders in fraud, risk, payments, trust & safety, operations, security, identity, and executive roles.
• Navigate intricate organizations to connect with decision-makers and develop advocates within potential clients and partners.
• Continue to provide value to our partners after closing by managing relationships and assisting them in achieving success with our solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to enhance customer outcomes and support market growth.
• Remain informed on emerging fraud trends, identity issues, payment risks, account takeover dangers, and promotional abuse affecting e-commerce businesses.
• Represent SentiLink in alignment with our corporate values at all times.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, ideally focusing on technical or data-driven solutions within e-commerce, payments, digital commerce, or financial services sectors.
• Proven track record in selling data solutions to complex enterprise organizations utilizing a top-down, multi-stakeholder sales approach.
• Experience engaging with fraud, risk, payments, trust & safety, operations, or identity teams is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of e-commerce fraud, account takeover, payment fraud, identity verification, customer onboarding, loyalty abuse, or related risk challenges is desirable.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, with a strong desire to win and a proactive attitude.
• Background in credit risk, fraud, or another analytical field within financial services is advantageous.
• Established connections within identity verification, fraud prevention, risk, payments, or trust & safety teams are a plus.
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States and reside within the United States.
