
Enterprise Account Executive – Commercial, National Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process for strategic commercial and national accounts — including prospecting, discovery, business case formulation, negotiation, and closing.
• Drive intricate, multi-threaded deals involving real estate, construction, facilities, procurement, and operations executives at national brands.
• Create and implement account strategies aimed at acquiring new logos, expanding multi-site programs, and executing portfolio-wide initiatives.
• Work collaboratively across various teams (Solutions, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Business Development Representatives) to define solutions and guarantee successful program implementations.
• Travel as required for client meetings, industry conferences, and on-site program launches.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales.
• Proven track record in selling to owners, developers, national retailers, restaurant/franchise builders, data center or clean-energy developers, general contractors, or commercial real estate is highly preferred.
• Proficient in managing executive relationships, navigating procurement processes, conducting security reviews, and executing multi-division/multi-site rollouts.
• Proficient in a contemporary sales methodology (such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Sandler, etc.).
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
