This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Create and implement territory strategies aimed at driving revenue growth within Enterprise accounts to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, reflecting the values of Wiz.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their benefits for our clients.
• Demonstrate the capability to engage and advise CISO-level executives with industry-specific business insights; continue to listen, cultivate, and strengthen executive relationships with customers.
• Conduct thorough research and account planning to connect with senior security decision-makers.
• Lead complex sales engagements, collaborating effectively with technical buyers and executive sponsors.
• Collaborate with the Wiz partner ecosystem to maximize market opportunities.
• Possess a strong grasp of effective sales processes and methodologies, including MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
• Establish productive working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategic alignment and achieve company goals.
• Over 7 years of experience in SaaS/Security sales, focusing on large Enterprise accounts.
• Skilled in value-based solution selling, with a strong emphasis on delivering concrete business results, ensuring alignment with overall business value.
• A proven history of navigating complex sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder negotiations within the defined geographical territory.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and sales operations teams.
• Strong capability to partner with sales engineering to facilitate technical evaluations.
• A consultative and professional demeanor when engaging with clients.
• Must showcase proficiency in executing a formal sales process and be familiar with qualification frameworks.
• Exceptional skills in communication, operational management, and strategic thinking.
• A proven record of managing accounts in the cloud or cybersecurity ecosystem to enhance business performance.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving circumstances.
