This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all components of the sales process, which encompasses lead generation and management, qualification, demonstrations, evaluations, and closing deals.
• Develop and implement territory and account strategies to surpass objectives.
• Cultivate and oversee the sales pipeline while facilitating multiple transactions through it.
• Attain expertise in product demonstrations and the legal and regulatory facets of pay equity and workplace equity.
• Engage in prospect RFP processes, involving lead qualification and final assessment of responses.
• Collaborate with Syndio's subject-matter experts, including attorneys, labor economists, data scientists, testifying experts, and the CEO, to secure deals and exceed targets.
• Establish enterprise relationships with CHROs, Heads of Total Rewards, Legal, and Talent Acquisition departments.
• Offer business insights to marketing and product teams based on feedback from prospects.
• Over 7 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a closing role.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in large enterprise sales environments.
• Experience in conducting and managing technology demonstrations.
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting and lead generation within a designated territory.
• Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach or similar tools.
• A disciplined approach to sales methodologies.
• Capability to create tailored strategies addressing pay equity, diversity and inclusion, and workplace fairness for specific clients.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a startup atmosphere characterized by change.
• A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and persistence.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• An inquisitive nature and the skill to listen strategically to prospects.
• Proficiency in guiding prospects and customers proactively throughout the sales process.
• Competence with spreadsheets, presentations, and project management software.
• Dedication to workplace equity and a passion for Syndio's products.

• Competitive salary: $140k–$145k base annually with potential earnings of $280k–$290k at target, with no cap.
